The grid hides 12 words running in any direction: across, down, or diagonal, forward or backward. Drag across letters or tap them one by one to spell a word from the word list.

After a short grace period, words begin to burn. A target word’s area glows: yellow, then orange, then red. The glow covers a wide zone to hide which word is at risk, so you have to spot it.

Finding a word while its area is glowing earns 2× points and delays the next fire. Finding other words extends the timers on currently burning fires, buying time instead of bonus points.

When a word burns away, any unfound word that crosses it breaks too. Found words are safe: their letters are preserved even when fires pass through them.
